This simple app turns your Android phone into a QR Code Scanner device.
The user clicks the Mobile Vision Barcode App icon and they are taken directly to the Main App Screen. Then all they need to do is find the Code they want to scan. Put the camera up to it and Click the button marked "Click To Scan" to scan the code. The information from the code will appear on top in a TextView line. The app does support multiple line information as shown below in one of the examples.
This app uses Google Mobile Vision API Barcode detection to allow the scanner to work with the built in Camera. This program supports the following Barcode formats:
1D barcodes: EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, Code-39, Code-93, Code-128, ITF, Codabar
2D barcodes: QR Code, Data Matrix, PDF-417, AZTEC
Mobile vision API can automatically parses QR Codes, Data Matrix, PDF-417, and Aztec values, for the following supported formats:
2) Contact information (VCARD, etc.)
3) Calendar event
9) Geo-location (latitude and longitude)
10) AAMVA driver license/ID
